How we handle your data, and who is responsible for this website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Kaydani Compressor Engineering ("Kaydani", "we", "us"), a sole trader (autónomo) based in Barcelona, Spain.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, and minimal technical data needed to run the site:

Enquiry / quote data — the name, company, email, phone and message details you submit through our contact and quote forms.
Download registration data — the name, email and company you provide before downloading ValveDyn Pro, so we can help you get set up and follow up if you have questions.
Software update checks — the ValveDyn Pro application checks our server once a day for a new version. This request necessarily reveals your IP address and the version you are running. It contains no personal data, no project data and no licence key, and we do not use it to build any profile of you.
Essential technical data — your browser stores your language preference and cookie choice locally on your device.
Analytics — this site does not currently use web analytics or third-party tracking. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, it will collect only aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics, and this notice will be updated.

3. How we use it

We use your enquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare quotations and provide the parts and services you ask about, and to keep records of our business correspondence. We do not sell your data.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

5. Cookies

This site uses only essential local storage to remember your language selection and whether you have acknowledged this notice. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set unless you enable optional analytics.

6. Sharing & storage

Your data is handled by Kaydani and, where necessary, our email and hosting providers acting as processors. Download registration data is stored in a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script, so Google LLC also acts as a processor for that data. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the business relationship and applicable legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@kaydani-ce.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
